What happens after I place my order?

We will cut and make your garment from scratch; this usually takes up to 4 weeks. We will then send your garment Royal Mail 1st class signed for  (if you’re in the UK). you will receive tracking info to your email provided when placing your order.

 

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use Royal Mail international tracked, which usually takes around 5-7 days, depending on where you are in the world. Please leave your email and phone number for tracking info. If you do not see your shipping location, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via email.

 

What is your refund/ exchange policy? 

As all garments are made to order, we offer exchange only. If you receive your order and you need an alternative size or it doesn’t suit you, please send back to us via signed for or tracked service.

If you simply want to size up or down, or even change the length, please email us and we can arrange an exchange within one week or returned, unworn goods.

Please leave a note in your parcel with your order number and be sure to email us with reasoning.

If you would like to change the style completely, or need more time to think about a replacement, we can send you a code to use with the full value to use online, when you are ready.

 

What are your care instructions?

We advise washing our clothes on a gentle wash at 30°C or below. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry. Iron at 200°c max. Any boiled wool products should be dry cleaned. 

 

I would like to order a style in a different colour fabric, is that possible?

Yes, if you stick to the same fabric quality.

For example, the Habiki dress, which is only listed in blue and black linen. You are welcome to order in alternative colour linen as long as we have it in stock, we have blue, white, stone, khaki and black. When you have placed your order, there will be a checkout notes box, please pop in your notes here, get in touch if you’re still unsure.

 

 

Can I place an order with slight adjustments, like a specific inseam measurement?

Yes, no problem, sleeve length, inseam, or in some cases widths and lengths. As all garments are made to order we have the flexibility to make these options available. When you have placed your order, there will be a checkout notes box, please pop in your notes here, get in touch if you’re still unsure.

 

 

I can’t see my size online? Do you still cater to sizes larger than L-XL or smaller than XS-S?

In most cases yes, there are certain styles we would like to keep to the size guide provided, but as all garments are made to order, it shouldn’t be a problem. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
